Weekly Health Coaching sessions

Personal training with Fearless Fitness
(1 session per week)
You will receive a personalized plan using our state of the art equipment. Our metabolic analyzer will reveal how many calories a day you burn so a plan can be developed. The In-body scale measures body fat percentage and muscle mass, an effective way to see gains and weight loss. As part of the program, you will receive a “My Zone” belt that tracks heart rate and calories burned, keeping you on track with your fitness goals.
A healthy life is a journey, not a race. Along your journey, you will learn practical steps you can take that will help you make changes in your diet and lifestyle to last a lifetime. Our program is led by a Certified National Health & Wellness Coach and Nutrition Educator, Winona Benson.
